When you send a message
The contact form asks for your name, email, company (optional), the closest description of your situation, and your message. It is emailed to me at hello@ridgelineknows.com and saved as an inquiry in my own records, so I can reply and keep track of the conversation. It does not add you to a mailing list.
When you use NSN Intelligence
Searches are run against federal records to build the summary you see. If you buy report credits, payment is handled by Stripe; I never see or store your card number. Your email is used to create the account that holds your credits and saved reports, and to send you the sign-in link.
When you sign in
Clients and NSN Intelligence buyers sign in with an email address and either a password or an emailed link. Sign-in is handled by Supabase, which stores the account and the records shown to you in your portal.
Site statistics
This site uses Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to count page visits and measure how fast pages load. Embedded videos load from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced (no-cookie) player.
What I do not do
I do not sell or rent your information, and I do not use it for advertising.
